> Hey guys, thanks for waiting.
Alright, great...alright cool.
Great, so, a lot of you have been asking about Going Clear, that documentary
that's on HBO right now, right. I know some of you would think that
as Scientologists we would be like, "Don't watch it", or "Stay away", right?
But no, we're not like that alright. People are going to be criticizing
Scientology, or saying stuff about us. It's important that we face those
criticisms, by watching this film head on.
So without further ado, here it is, Going clear.
Scientology and the prison of belief.
That's a mouthful huh?
Wish I bought some popcorn, huh?
(TV - Female Voice):
Tell me what's happening.
(interposing voices from the TV)
(TV - Male Voice): I was walking down the street, and this guy was there selling books,
and I realized they were all the same book. Dianetics.
Stamped inside the page was Scientology, and I said take me there.
> Everything I'm going to tell you about Scientology...it's the worse
stuff I could possibly tell you.
> The Scientology center it is a prison,
bottom line, the toilet paper, it's too soft.
> They had a community trail mix, but some people would eat all the
M and M's out of it first, and just leave raisins.
> They take you in a room, and they give you all these mini-cakes.
You just eat as many mini-cakes if you want.
> And the coffee, it was ok.
> There's not ample parking. They put me in the structure like 4 and above,
they tell me. Some people get ground floor parking with their names
right on the plaque, and I was like that's it. I can't belong to
this organization anymore.
> There is a very, very dark secret about L. Ron Hubbard known
only in the most inner of the circles.
> As a matter of fact it's quite interesting that exercise--
> L. Ron Hubbard's lower teeth were grotty.
> Everybody knew, and no one said anything, and we weren't allowed
to talk about it.
> They were like little baby's children teeth. The tops side are like adult teeth,
but his bottom were like they didn't match. It was like his jaw
was from a different person.
> His teeth are the color of poo-poo.
> When I got to the highest level of OT 8, I was very disappointed at what
they had to tell me, but when I got to OT 9,
it all made sense. There's an OT 9 by the way. So I mean stay in Scientology
until OT 9, because then it's all going to be...
> I know that David Miscavige is attractive, intelligent, charming,
has great style, has good hair, muscular arms, a very nice butt, but the dark
side of him is that he is friendly, has very good skin,
his hands are big.
> Tom Cruise is hiding something, you're not wrong.
Tom Cruise is short.
> I was good friends with John Travolta, and he just won't talk to me
anymore. Is it because I left Scientology?
Or is it because I'm a huge big weirdo?
> If I had one problem with Scientology is that it made me too happy.
> I left Scientology, but what do I know? I'm a suppressive person.
I have tons of Satans inside of me.
> I left Scientology, because I thought it was a cult, and now I have cancer.
(he coughs) Sorry, that's just my cancer acting up. The cancer that I got after I left Scientology.
Biggest mistake of my life.
> (exhales) Wow, wow...that,
that was some damning stuff guys. That was some real damning stuff.
I don't even know how we're going to defend some of this stuff that was in there,
because it's out there now.
It's out there. That was a low blow, low blow.
Any questions? Yep.
> Was that the whole movie?
> So the movie is a 2 minute movie.
> Yep, Going Clear unedited and unaltered.
Any other questions? Oh, you again.
> I haven't talked to my family in a while.
Can I talk to my family?
